  • After updated the latest app, keep getting JWT errors

    Very bad experience after updating the app. The credit card details no longer show in the app and prompted JWT error message upon login.

  • BE AWARE!!! Do not risk your money!

    I trusted this bank with a large sum of cash deposit to saving account. they kept changing app, and site settings and I was no longer able to login, when I went overseas. They merely closed my account, and wanted to mail the check at my old address!!! Instead of assisting me with secure login so I could safely transfer money to another bank.
    They are totally unreliable scammers!

  • App Fails after Update

    When I opened up the app, I was told to update. After updating, it could not work. Everytime I tried to run it a blank screen will appear. Bad experience for an important financial app. Please look into this as soon as possible.

    Crashes. I couldn’t use it once. That means I’ve zero access to my account given I live in US.

  • Cant use face recognition with face id

    Hello developers of cimb app, why initial setup already show me insufficient scope for face id? The app obviously didnt consider the ecosystem of ioS of Iphone X properly and it doesnt allow me to perform any banking transactions. Please test properly before you roll out program to consumers!
  • Need an interface uplift

    1. Please make it compatible with iPhone X.
    2. Make the interface cleaner and uniform.
