To the developer .....
You are so close to nailing this but two issues that need addressing which are the scoring anomaly that has been well documented in the previous reviews but for me the most important one is the collision detection is way too forgiving.
If you play the arcade rom your missiles quite often fly between the Galaxians but on her you’re guaranteed a hit if you’re close enough.
However, kudos for including controller compatibility, it’s fantastic.

Poor Version
Don’t waste your money - it looks like the making of a great game but after two games their is no ability to have a shipped picked up and all aliens dive for you - unrealisticSuebaggy

**Update May 2020**
I think there’s a scoring bug that needs fixing. The score for the little yellow guy is inconsistent. If you hit him when he is charging with his wingmen, you only score 60 (his convoy score) for him, even if you hit him last. If you hit him when he is charging on his own, you score 800. This should be the other way round. Like the original, you should be rewarded 80p for hitting him last after destroying his protection.
Not a bad conversion at all for the price. Looks and sounds authentic. Struggle a bit with the virtual joystick but the fire button is very responsive.
I think the speed issue raised in other reviews has been addressed in later releases. Seems fine to me.
Would like to see the scores appear above ships when you hit a combination and the screen which shows the score for each ship.Show lessEddie2010
Classic
Back in the day this was my favourite arcade game, and in later years I even had a Galaxian arcade machine at home.
So to find a game that faithful replicated this classic is very satisfying.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the scores 800 by shooting two reds and the a yellow doesn’t appear to be part of this port. But a lifetime of playing means I can’t help but run that gauntlet every time it’s presented to me.
Maybe in an update, or it is for copyright reasons that this functionality isn’t included?Show lessDavodN
Wish I hadn’t
The controls are not very good. There is not an auto fire which would be good and the joystick controller does not move at the same rate as your finger. If they fix these problems the game would be great . It sounds and looks the same as the original but not enjoyable while these problems exist.Bn211209786

I love this game! I definitely give off no negativity, great work! But if there’s one game I think you should consider uploading, it’s Galaga. If you ever can, please try to upload the game. Galaga is my favorite game in the Galaxian series (I say the Galaxian series because Galaga is the sequel to Galaxian). Please give us Galaga. Now for the Galaxia app, I love it! Nostalgia
Looks and sounds like I remember - but the joystick is just terrible. Gave up after about 5 goes, too frustrating.silly uncle dam

I was enjoying this game until the last update which made it almost unplayable. The controls are now not very responsive and the characters are bigger which changes the play. If you haven’t done the last update, don’t! Wish I could go back to the previous version.D Brunet

Older version was great on my iPhone - updated a couple of weeks ago and now unplayable.....please can you go back a version ?!?judge one
