We’ve been with Timeclock St since 2014, we’ve always paid $9.99/month. It allowed for unlimited employees and was pretty user friendly for employees to use at iPad. Other then a few minor issues, mostly all during this past October, we’ve been pretty happy with the app for what we paid. Without notice, I started seeing charges for over $200 for October and November. I caught the charges in November (we were closed the entire month-seasonal business) and reached out to customer service to see if they could at least partially refund the dramatic increase since we were never informed. Seeing as they are web developers, they can obviously see that no transactions were made, and yet they refused to refund and my of money. I think it’s a bit dramatic going from $9.99/month to over $200 without notice. I call it bad business, and I’ll be taking my business somewhere else!
