Impossível assinar, aplicativo indica erro mesmo sendo instalado e desinstalado. Só vende assinatura mensal ou anual e não a revista, como se fosse uma banca. Ou seja, burrice e má-fé são primas irmãs e estão sempre de mãos dadas.

A disgrace
I’m a longtime Veja reader through Apple, but I find that I periodically get kicked off and told I need to input a password I was never told I needed and can’t even obtain because I don’t live in Brazil. Stay away.
I Can not recover my subscription
App does not allow me to recover my paid subscription.. Veja says , the issue is with Apple .. Apple can not be reached . This is a ridiculous situation .. I paid for a subscription and can not access it ..

I am in no man’s land. Purchased an annual subscription in Apple Store iTunes last year and was able to download with no problem for a while. At one point I was no longer able to access my subscription and started getting a message requiring a password as if I had made my subscription in Brazil and requesting a local tax id for a new local subscription. I contacted Apple Store who was unable to help. I contacted Veja in Brazil with no solution as well as it claimed I had to deal with Apple Store. This is the second time I faced the same situation with Veja and in both occasions it coincided with a change of ownership of the magazine, the last one after the company reorganized post bankruptcy. Perhaps a convenient way to get more money from subscribers. Now, I have no idea on how to subscribe. Very disappointed with Apple Store as they washed their hands and Veja who has punted to the Apple Store. Not confidence inspiring.

Can’t access content
Paid one year subscription but can’t access news, app or site request login, without the option “restore purchase”. Don’t waste your time or money paying for the subscription. I wrote 3 times to Veja customer service via email, 3 times via Whatsapp, no response.
Update: developer answer was that I should send an email to customer service. The same email that ignored me twice. So I am writing again, maybe the third (or forth) time is the charm… the whatsapp contact number is useless.

Revista Veja
I have subscribed to this Veja magazine from the UK for over 3 years, never needing to log in to access the magazine. Since the app was given a facelift last week I am no longer able to access previous editions from my subscription and also have to pay to download the new issue, even though I'm only 4 months into my latest subscription. I called the publisher in Brazil who insisted (during some 10 conversations, up to an hour long in one case!) that this is an iTunes problem, but unfortunately iTunes say it's the publisher's problem. The result is I now have a subscription I can't use. Please someone, at Apple or at Editora Abril, sort this out as there must be other people being affected in the same way.

Nada amigável a última atualização do app
Julgo que quiseram aproximar a experiência digital da off-line, mas a leitura no app em aparelhos de tela pequena é difícil. Não foi uma boa mudança, e o app já me proibiu de baixar a revista mais de uma vez por algum bug que diz que minha assinatura expirou.
Mudou muito!!!
Inacreditável a melhora do aplicativo! Parabéns! A leitura da revista ficou muito mais fácil!
