Excellent road side assistance.
Blew the radiator on my 1951 Plymouth Cranbrook on the way to a car show stranded on the highway. Call the Hagerty within 10 minutes. They had a tow truck. They’re ready to take me home. Got the car home headed to the show on Saturday afternoon took first place beautiful day.Rattle Kan
Don’t Bother
So I’ve had this auto club membership, but why? I tried the ask us a question feature when you need help with your classic, no one responds ever. I have roadside assistance with my own car insurance, and if you reach out to customer service they don’t respond. So why bother to have it? Why pay the yearly 79 bucks when you can’t even get them to respond bc they didn’t send the promised magazine. Don’t waste your time, there are other car insurers for classics, and far better driving clubs to be members of. Sad that they can’t get it together at Hagerty anymore. Zero roadside assistance
I only use the app for roadside, and have had to use it twice in the last 2 months. First was a scheduled tow, which showed up 6 hours late and I would’ve easily paid a local company to save the time. And now when I am broken down, I submitted a request and 2 hours later still no vendor has been chosen to even begin the wait of someone showing up. Save your money and pass on Drivers Club, it’s a joke.Show lessbraineater
