BG app will not even open
Used to work fine now (as of a couple months ago) I cant get it to open. Close/open, reboot ipad/iphone…nothing helpsBdtg
Poor user experience
Slow and buggy app. If you click around to much it crashes. No support for dark mode & cannot see what your writing if your using dark mode on your phone.H2wk
Unusable on phone or laptop
Used to work pretty well although lists my billing amounts as way more than they actually are. Also shows details of bills before I was owner of the house. I came here looking for an update because I’m trying to pay a bill, but when I type in the amount I can’t see it because presumably the text is white on a white background? Even when I do put an amount in it won’t go to the next screen. Not helpful. I tried on laptop and it won’t let me log in. Tedious and frustrating.Show lessPangolizzy
Stopped working months ago
Initially this was a good App but for the last 6-8 months it wont let anyone sign in to their account and a error comes up. They really should fix it or delete the AppPPhil2012
