A few things
This app could really use to be more than just an extremely fun toy:
Custom scales that can be saved
Wireless midi out (like the itm midi apps)
Ability to play iPod tracks in background (check out how thumbjam implements this feature with a soundboost option, I don't need this, but you'll never stop hearing requests for this feature until you add it)
I got my two bucks out of it in 20 min making cat, puppy, laughing, motorcycle, and misc words with it for the kids.. I've never been a fan of accelerometer based music apps.. But the gyro is so accurate it's really a totally different experience.. Very precise, repeatable gestures are possible.

Amusing
I find the concept quite interesting, I sort of wish I could use this to synth my own iPod music the app does what it says and if that's what you'd be interested in, then have fun with it, it is well made and quite responsive.Mileebas

Great app would love to see maybe an advanced section with more wave types and sounds....maybe an input for your voice with vocoder-type modulation or even auto tune would be really neat, thanks, keep up the good work!Figilswif

Innovative and fun
I've downloaded dozens of apps and never felt called to leave a review before now. I picked up this app last night and was so impressed. It is truly unique. It's a ton of fun to play around with and is quite easy to master. You can use it to produce haunting, melodic tunes or weird space-age sound effects. It's quite possibly my favorite thing I have on my iPod right now. Highly recommended, and 100% worth the price!Show lessNicole Petegorsky

I found most of the gyro apps very mediocre until checking out this one. This is no gimmick, an absolutely memorizing app for making effortless music simply by moving your phone, feels very polished. Play around with the settings, it isn't as complicated as it looks once you play for a few minutes.CometWaves
Audiophiles Hear This!!
For the value this it's rather good. Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause There isn't a manual switch/fader to control a manual pitch. Makes it difficult to repeat the bar you're working on. Buy fun to mess around with & record sound clips you can later move the lab.iNzane420

This is truly a fun instrument. I'm sure it will end up being used in some sort of creative way in the entertainment industry (if something like this hasn't already).
I do wish there was a way to share your recordings with the public using this app though, kind of how that t-pain app does it.Reno1985
