Apple TV app stopped working
The Apple TV app suddenly stopped working - it keeps crashing, starting from 3 days ago. I see that there are others with the same issue (based on reviews here), so it’s clear that the issue is not on the user end.
I have the most expensive subscription but can’t watch. Please fix this issue.

I been using the app for awhile on my Apple TV today when I try to turn the app on it just wouldn’t let me to open the app it been kicking me out.🤦♀️🙏🤣

Hey, we apologize for the inconvenience. There was indeed a crash when entering the application, but we quickly uploaded a fix for the bug. We recommend updating a version in the store and contact us as the problem recurs.Wow

We have this app for years and years ever since we update with the new website it’s keep breaking off and it’s really bad connecting to the server. I wish we can go back to what it used to be and watch an amazing TV but unfortunately this is not the case here. Please fix the bugs in your system, so we can watch nice TV. Buggy and hard to use
I was using it for more than a year. The content is fine, but the user interface is buggy. It shows you large icon of news at the top, but it doesn’t refresh and never opens. The workaround is to go to a smaller news icon, click to load, abort and then mostly the large icon refreshes.
Every month on the renewal date, you can’t open any program. It took a while to figure out that you need to go to subscription, logout and log in again.
Recently they didn’t update the daily news at all.
I reported to their support line all the problems but none were solved.

The video player does not open to a full screen on iPhone iOS 16. Please update the version to be compatible with the new iOSBitbitsa
