Being targeted by local dealership
I was a subscriber of Auto Buzz for years, recently things changed. When scrolling through their articles, actually selecting one, every third to 5th article was for a local car dealership, which took up almost the whole page, so if you weren’t care you would be in the dealership advertisement. When you did go into view an article the same thing. I kept hitting the stop advertisement, which did not stop this from happening, repeatedly. I got totally frustrated with what I would say as being targeted by this dealership. BUT, it’s not the dealership, it’s Auto Buzz that controls this. Buggy but good
Overall, good app, pleasant ui, I enjoy using the app, but as one other review stated a year ago, images in articles glitch and vanish while scrolling the main article. Back out and re-entering the article sometimes works. Closing and swiping away the app to reopen it also works, but these are just bandaid fixes for a years old bug that exists on multiple iPhone models and iOS versions. Why isn’t this fixed yet? It’s the only thing preventing a 5 star review from me!Show lessdeadmatrix
Used to be great
I have been using the CarBuzz app for almost 10 years now and every update over the last year or so just keeping making the app worse and worse. Photos don’t load half of the time, if you want to enlarge the picture in landscape mode you are unable to remove the bar with the title at the top and all the photos on the bottom so you only see a thin portion of the picture, used to be able to listen to music while reading the app now the adds have become so obtrusive that they shut off your music for no reason. Really have enjoyed the app but not so much anymore.Show lessMollytheMonster13
Image don’t load
Image don’t load something or disappear while scrolling on article. Happen on lte or wifi. Have to shut down phone or airplane mode on/off to make them reload. Iphone Xma9876

The older versions could be used offline but the newer ones can’t.

Garbage app, but not much else out there
The User interface is always glitchy, and the articles often have mistakes and aren’t properly proof read. And lots of the articles raise/discuss moot points that are a waste to read. All that being said, there really isn’t an alternative app, so I’ll be sticking with CarBuzz for now. Wish they held themselves to a higher standard.
Also, no matter how hard you try you always accidentally open advertisements. It’s annoyingShow lessYeetboi44
Photos are disappearing

Good app but have suggestions
It would be nice if the app gets optimized for iPhone 11 Pro Max screen sizes. Also, I’ve noticed that sometimes the feed doesn’t refresh even though the badge icon shows that a new article was posted. It would be nice to incorporate a pull down to refresh when you’re at the top of the feed so that it refreshes and shows any new articles. That or just a refresh button would work also at the top bar somewhere where carbuzz is displayed and the hamburger stacked menu.Show lessFireSamue
Okay, but too US-centric
It would be nice if the owners of this app also remembered that other parts of the world also sell cars and not just the US. About 80% of the articles are on cars only sold in the US. Be nice if they coveted other markets too.@Chewie74
I wish the photos would stop disappearing when the adverts pop up
Love the app but hate the way the photos all disappear when the advert banner appears. Not my iPad as this is only app that does it. Will delete soon if not sorted. Also - less of the crappy ‘click bait type’ what if headlines. Stop making crap upBilly Joe Remarkable
