I use this app almost every day either working out or doing other things. I mostly listen to the live shows.
Wonky poor performance and layout
Loses stream all the time. Can't select programming and the local news and features are stale. Wish I had my old NPR news app available. Very disappointed in WPLN over this.

Does what I expect it to. It also provides access to all programming.
Connection Connection Connection
My biggest and only real complaint about the app is the random loss of connection. I’ll be deep into a story, and WALL!! Just stops. About 15% of the time, it re-establishes the connection, but that’s not great performance. I have to navigate to the app and push PLAY again. Why?? Luckily this only happens about once a week. Too much but bearable.
A recent update DID cause me to have to delete and reload the app. I guess it wasn’t thoroughly tested.
But the app is super easy to use, beautifully organized, excellent access to everything thru the GUI. And the content?? WPLN ROCKS!!! There’s no NPR superstation where I live now, so I still listen to WPLN. Still sustaining. Gotta be willing to pay for the good stuff!!

I listen all the time. I can’t say enough good things about the update.
Works well, but...
It's kind of annoying that every time you start the app it want you to log in. I understand that they're trying to capture emails for marketing purposes, but I'm already a sustaining member; I just want to listen. This app is definitely an improvement over the previous version, just find the login every time a little annoying.
