As a programmer myself, I have to say that this is very nicely implemented!
Great layout, sound-effects, simplicity in design, settings turn on/off, object expandability, ease of use, etc.
Recommended improvements:
1. Object resizing (yes, yes, yes)
2. Auto-rotate of screen
3. Ability to download or purchase more object-libraries
4. More objects (of course), ie., Sports, Military, Pets, Occupations, Computers, Holidays, Outdoors, etc.
5. Gallery example area (best of the best user submissions)
6. Video of Piven actually creating one of his own art pieces (time-lapsed)
7. Small, clothed bodies for bottom of heads
