Use to love it! Now annoyed!
I use to love this game. For the last 2 weeks it keeps just shutting down in the middle of the game. I am guessing that is what you call crashing if that means it just shuts off by itself for no reason.
When mine just clicks off I can turn it back on, but every time that happens, the green circle is GONE! Which is annoying because those help give you a higher score. I notice that the red circles never disappear. My score stays however, but I always lose the green circle. That is getting annoying.

Abacus
I do not know who "fixed" this game....it is still freezing. Please fix it AGAIN! Thank you.
Problems after submitting words
This was a great word game until it started to reload after submitting every other word. You then have to wait ages until it sorts itself out. Also, it doesn't immediately sense your touch when you select a letter. Bookworm is much faster. But the general premise of the game is excellent.
Good game BUT...
Really good game but it keeps crashing, both the free and paid version. 5 stars if they fix this issue.
Great game, great bug
This is a great game idea, and generally well executed. It's fun, addictive, and stimulating to compare your scores with those of others in the global "high scores" listing -- until, that is, you find the easily-discovered program bug that let's you get arbitrarily high scores so long as you're willing to keep playing. This kind of ruins the game for me.
I thought they'd fixed it in the recent update (with a "score reset"), but no. Fix the bug, and this app gets a five!

Game
I've really enjoyed this app and I agree it use to be very easy but It's now almost impossible to get very far into the game which I find very frustrating. It's gone too far the other way and I suggest it be modified to increase difficulty more gradually.
Nice Game
While I do agree the game has been too easy, I still like this game a lot. I like that unlike a lot of word games, there's no timer so I have plenty of time to maximize my score by looking for longer and longer words. (My best word so far was "BUZZERS" which, with red multipliers on the Zs and the U, gave me over 13,000,000 points!) I'm on level 42 now and still rocking. Not sure I'll update to the newest version because I want this game to end 'naturally'. I'm pushing the red multipliers till the very end for maximum score - that's gonna bite me in the @#$ sooner or later. Then I'll update.
All in all, a great game.

Fun game
My whole family has been hooked on this game for a week now. No one can put it down. I'm glad to see the crash issue fix and I agree that it was too easy for adults. But I wish you would make it where we can choose to make the game harder. My 11 year old has a very hard time with words and spelling and has been playing this word game like crazy. With not being able to use 3 letter words, I'm afraid he will get frustrated and put it down. I like him to have a game to practice his spelling with. He has no idea I have him practicing. He thinks he is just playing. Thanks for the game!

Buggy
Loved it until...I was on a really high score when it froze and crashed.
Very promising...
Definitely needs sound - it would make a lot of difference to the tactile feedback of selecting the letters, and notify player when red and green letters arrive (easily overlooked at the moment)
At the end of each level having the letters disappear and be replaced by entirely new set is a bit disrupting to the flow of the game.
When rotating the iPad only the letters rotate - the frame/menu items on the side do not, which is not a good user experience because you can end up with the menu items and the submit button upside down!
Finally, double tapping the final letter to submit the word would enhance the flow of the game by removing the need to go and look for the submit button.
In spite of these things it is still very promising and already enjoyable to play - the abacus layout adds an extra dimension that other word games do not have, the letters are very clear with nice clean graphics and perfectly sized for fingers on the ipad.
