  • Why no Privacy Policy for this app?

    It’s normal for there to be a Privacy Policy listing practices for how our personal information is gathered and handled, or sold, and more.

    As of this date, there is none. Hidden in the details, though, it notes it may track your location even when turned off. That’s bad if you’re not made aware and giving permission.

    This is not good. I am passing on this app.

  • Decent way of keeping all your store cards in one place

    Works well. My only desire would be Apple wallet integration but I’m not sure if that’s possible.

    Helle bigPixel! You’ve posted this comment in April 2015, but many things have change in fidme since then ! 😎 Are you still a user of the app ? If so, you’ll notice that your issue has been fixed a long time ago 😉
  • Functionalities regression

    First of all you cannot any more classify the cards in the order you want.
    A real pain when using an Apple Watch because the card you want may not appear on the watch.
    Anyway the Apple Watch does not work and crashes all the time.

    The support is inexistant and never answers.

    Please feel free to contact us again at support@fidme.com, we’ll respond in less than 24h ! 🏎 Concerning the loyalty cards classification, the options you have at the moment are to sort them in alphabetical order, by most used, most recently added or recently used. 😊 We are aware that some loyalty cards might not show up on Watches, this is why we decided to listen to our users and I can tell you we are currently working on a solution that would enable you to sort your loyalty as you wish ! 😃 It has always been fidme’s priority to make shopping easier for you ! 🛒
  • Original idea

    This ain’t your regular app for loyalty cards,It’s an app for shopping too!.
    You can also scan receipts and earn cash back on them too!.
    I only gave 4/5 as they don’t have many store’s to earn loyalty points with so minus one star!.
    Other than that I think you should give it a try and download the app now!.
    If you value cash you will ha ha ha

  • Update sucks

    I used to LOVE this app until they updated it. Now you need internet to open the cards, the barcode doesn’t come up unless you have internet or data... uggh why??
  • French?

    This is confusing. After the update, there are some sections that are displayed in French. Used to be a good app but now it is not structured well. I will delete and use another one with English words. Wee wee!

    Hi sesp77346, following your review, our team will do his best to correct it asap!🚀 Would you mind to tell us at support@fidme.com which sections of the app are in french? This would help us a lot. We have been working hard on this new fidme and we took care to translate the whole app for all our international users. Despite our numerous tests and attention, some translations might have gone lost though during the implementation. Do not hesitate to send us also what you would improve in the app that would make you ❤️ fidme more: our team is still working on it and take due note of every single feedback, which help us improving fidme everyday!🙏🙂 Thank you for your help!
  • Crappy app

    I had a prior version of this app and it worked well. They upgraded presumably to make more money from its use. The update automatically came thru and carried my cards through to the new version. BUT everything was in French and my cards no longer worked. I’m looking for another app to use

Don't worry, fidme is and stays a FREE APP: we have been working hard for over a year on this upgrade in order to meet our users' needs and listened to user's requests asking us to get easier access to both cards, receipts and offers directly from home screen and to revamp the somewhat "dated" look. Despite our efforts and tests, some bugs might have gone unnoticed though, depending on the phone models.. We are ready to help you!
