Meh

Tried first night and it didn’t record anything. Tried second night and only then it tells me you have to pay to hear it. Not paying for something I can’t test first - should be one night (SUCCESSFUL recording) free, then pay after.

UPDATE:
In response to developers reply - I get the thinking, and it did show there was a lot of noise later in the night (typically as soon as the two hours free is over..), but I live in central London so without checking if it was a loud car or a fox (seriously they're HELLA loud sometimes), I don’t know if it’s worth paying for. Would deffo pay for it if I could hear me chattering in the first night as I imagine it’s so funny / interesting, but without that to show it doesn’t feel worth it to me.

Hello, could you please try to adjust sensitivity in settings. In the free version you can record the entire night to make sure you are a sleep talker / there are sounds recorded before you pay. You can always listen to the first two hours of recordings for free.

Great app but a 1 annoying bug

I really like this app. It’s simple to use and does a great job of recording snippets of noise. However, I have noticed that recently there are nights where there are no recordings and the app appears to have not been turned on at all even though I am certain I hit “Activate” the night before. It is definitely not related to the sensitivity setting as I’ve never changed that and live on a very busy road that often picks ups noise. Very strange and not sure if it’s a bug that can be fixed.

Hello, version 5.8.4 comes with a new filtering function that will solve your problem with the busy road. Please try to set sensitivity on medium. Happy to hear you like the app :)

Failed purchase restore

After having spent money to purchase this app a few years ago, I attempted to re-download after recently returning to iPhone. To my surprise the app has taken up monthly subscription (which would be fine for a first time user) and when I attempt to restore my purchase to unlock the full app experience... it fails. Flat out denies that I purchased it in the first place. I used to thoroughly enjoy this app, it’s hilarious to hear yourself singing in your sleep occasionally. Very displeased with the lack of documentation regarding the change to subscription and therefore I’m assuming the voiding of my paid purchase.

Of course you should not pay again if you already purchased the app. Please go to the Settings tab and press restore purchase, that should unlock the app for you (make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase). Good but I have a question

This app is great and I highly recommend. You can post your favorite recordings on the top list and view other peoples as well. It shows you how many votes each recording has. However there’s no where to upvote other peoples recordings on the top list. How do you vote for recordings?

Doesn’t work

It worked at first so I paid for the subscription but then it stopped recording and I emailed them explaining the problem but they never even got back to me.

Could you please try to adjust sensitivity and filter in settings. Also, maybe the case is that you have been all quiet. You can always make sure the app works by activating when awake and make some noise. Sorry, we must have missed your e-mail.

Just having some issues

I used this app when it first cane out and you didn’t actually have to pay for it. I don’t mind paying now actually but I’m having some problems I didn’t have before. When I re-downloaded it in early July everything worked fine! It didn’t pick up my fan and I got some good recordings! But now for some reason it’ll just record white noise for hours on end no matter what I change the sensitivity setting to. It’s really frustrating because I don’t want to go through anywhere from 7000 seconds to 24,000 seconds or whatever just to find something I may or may not have said in my sleep.

Why?

I can only see one of my recordings or other wise I have to pay like 20$ a month so wouldn’t recommend it I just want to laugh at my sleep talk and I can only SEE ONE Recording!

Review

I think that this sleep app is great because it picks up on a lot of noises around you while you are sleeping. Also it just shows you the recordings when you move around or make noise so you don’t have to sit through a long recording. So overall I think that this app is great and I would highly recommend this app if you want to know if you sleep talk or if any noises are happening around you too!

6 hour clip

I liked the first night so I paid the $3.99 to try for a month. The second night I tried to record and woke up to 1 single, 6 hour clip that I can not skip through. It is just 1 very long recording of nothing. I’m not going to sit here and listen to this for six hours to see if there was any talking. What a disappointment. The developers need to adjust the sensitivity or allow the buyers to adjust. Six hours of my fan!!! Not what I paid for.

Perfect

The app worked well perfectly exactly how I wanted the layout is great and so are the features. Although after time I did start to get a bit bored of it but that is nothing that can control or change so I don’t by still perfect.
