Not worth it
The controls are absolutely terrible. The game concept is cool, but the horrible controls take this app from 5 to 2 stars. If you enjoy trying to move your guy up and he moves left, or down and he moves right, or right and he retreats altogether, then this game is for you. If you're looking for a fun, responsive game, leave this one alone.Show lessHijinx1812

Fun but to hard change controls and add online mayb? Go against other people who are Vikings or Spartans and make optional to play as either side thanks for the game deff worth the downloadKing prince

How does skill work?
The skills really confuse me. Sometimes their there other times their not. I would also like the ability to play as the Vikings as well as the Spartans. And maybe some navel combat with Athens. It's just a thought though.Baloonman5
I wanna play as the Vikings! Not Spartans!
There's a few things I want to point out.
1.There should be an option to choose which warrior you want to play as! Choose either Vikings or Spartans
2.Spartans aren't even as deadly as you think they are! The movie 300, Deadliest warrior, and God of war over hyped these warriors! Vikings are more deadlier than Spartans!
3.I'd rather play as the Vikings!
4.the battles are too boring, there needs to be a better combat system becuase it takes too much precision to swing and kill an enemy.
5.The Vikings look like Fat little Barbarians and the Spartans look more like Big headed Gladiators! STUDY THE CULTURES RIGHT BECUASE THIS HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST SCREW UP IVE EVER SEEN!!

A fantastic app, BUT SHORT. I got it for free, (thanks, FreeAppADay!) but it's definitely worth $0.99
ONE MAJOR ISSUE:
I know this wouldn't work with the way you snap the characters to a grid right now, but the PLAYER MOVEMENT IS TERRIBLE. The grid makes fighting very difficult.UpdateNow!
Movement is awful
Looked like a good game, but I didn't even finish the first level.
Wasn't expecting a dual stick shooter style, and the controls were awful.Dolph452

How the hell did this game merit more than 1 star?! The devs got a big family and alot of friends? I'm quite sure they never played this "game". Otherwise, they would no longer have friends and family. Personally, if I knew these guys, there'd be kicks in the balls all 'round. I mean, how do Vikings go back in time to meet the Spartans? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but did the Spartans not exist AFTER the Vikings? Even the story's a pile of poo. I think Cell Theory was the only one who gave this app an appropriate review. Tho s/he was being far too kind. I think I had more fun Crapping on this app than playing it, if that's any indication of just how bad this game is. Hell, I bet a colonoscopy is more fun. Even Angry Birds was more fun. And THAT's saying something! Anyway. Skip this one and go find a fun game like Pocket Legends or Order & Chaos Online. Cheers.
