Tons of small bugs
The app release a lot of critical features without sufficient QA. Bugs including showing incorrect account info and unable to upload images make the app impossible to use without visiting a branch in China.

别的银行app一下子就扫出来 你这十几二十次扫不出来还建议核实证件照是否需要更新？？？需要更新别家为什么能识别 你的技术不要太烂 花钱请点真的程序员吧

注册账户说不能绑定银行卡
太难用了，注册完验证完后说绑定银行卡失败，太难用了。
User unfriendly
One of the worst apps I have ever used.
使用感觉差
要不是非要用这个软件和这个银行，不然我才不下载。推销活动一大堆，app内容臃肿，操作卡顿，优化垃圾，洁面凌乱花里胡哨。银行软件没有个正规样。别的银行我只用过英国汇丰，学学人家。

This app is extremely bloated and disorganized. Moreover, this bank has unilaterally imposed limits on my account's transfer amount without informing me, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of the customers. It is truly extremely poor in quality!
好烂的银行app
如果有负🌟的话 大概也就是个负数评分，就没用过这么不好用的app，更换设备这么简单的事儿这app上不好操作，界面静整一些乱七八糟其他广告，基本操作都满足不了，好废的app，建行真可以👎🏻
Can’t link it with my card
The App doesn’t allow you to edit a foreign name. It has limited characters and as a foreigner my name is a bit long.
Needs more English functionality
As a non Chinese speaker I use this app to check my balance but that’s it. In English there’s little else that seems to work for me. I tried to transfer money and it fails repeatedly. Customer service never works. Limited use app for the Laowai
