Bad practice
The app no longer will start unless you set up notifications under iOS the way it requires you to. I.E. it forces you to turn on notifications in banners for the app and not set up notifications "off" or consolidated. I no longer can start it as I do not wish to be forced to be notified as it requires.

Unable to use after update
After the recent update the app forces to accept new terms and conditions. I do not want to accept and without accepting them I can’t use the app. I paid for this app!!!

Fantastic Russian Dictionary
The Lingvo Russian dictionary is an excellent resource. And I have noticed significant improvements since I started using it several years ago. There are oil and gas term gaps so was wondering if I could forward some when I find so they can be added is all.
