Terrible Message
If you are picking this up thinking it will be a good book for your kids, please skip. The message of the book is one of where the Church is a accessory to make your life "better" not the corporate worship of God's covenant people.
Excellent story and app!
Great for 3 yr old! This whole series is perfect on iPad or iPhone! Teaches great values and reading skills!

Five stars because it is perfectly faithful to the original children's book. The narration and sound effects are all right on, and the picture/word touch spots are fun!
Very cute and educational
This app is adorable! It not only features the loveable Berenstain Bears but the app lets you tap all over the screen on things and it tells you what the item or person is. For example, on each screen you can click practically everything and it will say "Sky" "Chapel" "Bear Country" "Brother" and so on. I think they is neat because it really teaches kids words and associates them to examples! The app is also beautifully illustrated and tells a great story. My son likes "Read to Me" when he wants to tap around but if wants to just watch it and lounge (like TV) he puts on Auto Play and it just goes through the whole story without having to tap or swipe anything. It reminds me exactly of the traditional Berenstain Bears books and is great for kids of all ages!
