This app has a way of outlining details that is very useful.
A LONG time user.
I have been creating ‘paintings’ for my friends and family for years using this app. I usually use the in camera editing controls to bump up the exposure and saturation, then use this ToonCamera’s coloured pastel effect to create a ‘Van Gogh’ look. Sometimes I do several ‘layers’ of effect to really enhance the look. Over the years I have had hours of fun creating!

Great and fun app
I got this years ago when it first came out. Intuitively easy to use. I’m not a professional artist or photographer so I can’t comment on the Apps technical quality, but it produces more than satisfactory images for my needs. Can’t find anything to be critical about the app.

Bogus
This doesn’t turn anything into cartoons. They are mediocre filters that you can get on pretty much every free editing app. There is no filter on here that truly turns you into a cartoon or anything close to. The video filters are horrible and the choices are extremely limited. It is a complete waste of money

Nice, simple, and intuitive.
Easy to use with decent features. Maybe not the most robust photo editor, but it does the job well in many situations while remaining very easy to use.
