Best Mobile Application I’ve ever used
I’ve used emergency notification system’s for nearly 20 years. This application is by far, the best mobile application I’ve used.

Screen formatting issue
While the application still functions the formatting of the screen data needs to be addressed. It is difficult to read as the font is too big and text is overwriting text. I have an iPhone X and running iOS 12.1.4.
Canadian version
I can't get this work. Is there a Canadian version- .ca download. Please and thank you
Time to update
The functionality of the app works great and mimics the web experience, but it's time to update the app and optimize it for the larger mobile device screens. It is so helpful for emergency communications and mobile workforce that rely on mobile device heavily.
Great App for SWN users
This is a great extension of the Send Word Now online product. You can manage and launch notifications right from the mobile device!

Way too expensive to use
While this app may be free the company is charging an arm and a leg to be able to use it. Way too expensive for the ability to access a service we already pay to use.
Not quite there
I'm happy to have this - but what I really need to to be able to execute scenarios from my iPhone. It's critical actually.
