This app indicates its in english or chinese, but when you open it, there’s no way to switch to english. can’t be used.
Purchased subscription; now says I need to join
I was enjoying my Youku membership, English version, when suddenly I get a demand to join VIP for content. My shows are now inaccessible, yet YOUKU is still taking my money. My subscription is still in active state in settings. As far as I know, there is no way to contact them. If there is a way, it’s written in Chinese characters. Buyer beware.

How can I get the app to translate to English
No english version
Too bad there is no english version, there are alot of chinese that can not read chinese characters very well please consider this and make an english version of the app.

A bug in the latest release. Only audio can be cast to AppleTV 4K, while video cannot.
