Bad service
However, since June, I have been receiving monthly notifications on the second day of each month about an outstanding debt. The first time, the amount was €20, the next month it was €6, and today it is €3.8. I don't understand what these charges are for, as all parking fees were paid through the app.
This situation is causing me concern and frustration because I expected the app to function smoothly and transparently. I have not received any explanations or details regarding these charges, which only adds to my confusion.
I hope this issue will be resolved soon and that I will receive a clear explanation regarding the additional charges. For now, this experience has left a negative impression of the Yellowbrick parking service.
