App appears to be free with exception of ads. However, upon installation, you cannot proceed past the welcome page without paying six dollars a month for access need to put that in your summary and quit being deceptive.LV from Savannah

Not to unlock premium features, have to purchase to use any features. Waste of time otherwise.

This mortgage calculator is so convenient to have on my phone. It took some training to be able to use it to its full potential, but it was definitely worth it. What is 75 days from today?
