Daily deposit amount too low
Had to call the bank to have it raised above the daily $750 limit. Then only wanted to set it for one day. Had to plead case to get it raised permanently. I’ve banked at this bank since I was 6 years old making my first saving deposit. I’ve stayed at this bank throughout the years even after moving to NC where there are no branches. They are feeling more like a big institution and not my hometown bank any longer. Is it time to move my account to a big local bank?Show lessMoe from Mullens

This banking app is decent. It could stand some updates/reworking to make it more ergonomic. The mobile check deposit system needs some work. It should have the ability to use flash when you are capturing the image of the check.
I just closed my account at Wells Fargo and moved to Summit. The two things I miss about Wells Fargo was how easy it was to use their banking app and the fact that you could get your bank card personalized for free. At Summit, you have to pay $10.Show lessthemixedtape11

My original bank, who I had banked with for over 20 years, merged with Summit a few months ago. I have had nothing but problems! My statements have been sent to not only my current address but my old address. Thank goodness I’m friendly with the people who live there and they got them to me. I can’t mobile deposit at all. It tells me I need to be logged into the app when that’s where I’m at trying to make the deposit. I know that with a merge there are things that need to be worked out but this is ridiculous! Especially when I never had a problem before.Show lessKare314
