Handy app!
Once you take the survey on airnav's website you get the service free for one year. Most of the negative reviews don't make sense. Overall I am very pleased with the features. As a student pilot, this app is very handy.Hawkertyphoon

Slow and glitchy....unfortunately! I had been hoping they would come out with an app. It could have been so good. Going to delete for now and hope for a new version in the future. Also, note to Airnav, you're not going to get 5bucks/year!!Douglas M. Davies
Compact and powerful!
Unbelievable amount of value in this app - it's AirNav in your pocket. Saves a huge amount of money and time, not to mention lets me double check the fuel price as advertised vs what they are charging. Highly recommended!Hamw

This app does not have all the bells and whistles of the web site. However it provides the basic functions you need to find fuel prices on a trip. The best feature is it allows you to simply save a route with all fuel prices and airport info before you launch. the main thing miss is the FBO comments that you all provide on the web site. I really depend on those. Hopefully next version.Show lessMach25
Saved prices
App gives fuel prices you can use enroute or on ground because they are saved in iphone / ipad memory. You don't need to be on computer. Also app is free with Airboss membership or Piper survey. I use it often.Whiskey Delta
Very Useful!!
I've read some of the other reviews and was confused why they all kept talking about the price point.....it costs less than a gallon of fuel. This app helps me flight plan on the way to the airport and also while I'm sitting on the ramp, away from my laptop. Plus I can download the data on my phone and have it with me while I'm flying to either see more airport detail or make a less expensive fuel stop. Would recommend to any GA pilot that flies further than their home field traffic pattern.Show lessSlideball8

A waste of time can't use really, just use the free info on website. Supposed to be underwritten by Piper for some initial downloads? NO!

I was so excited when I saw the new app for AirNav.
What a disappointment, you cannot use the service without paying the membership fee or becoming an AirBoss member, but yet you can use this service if you have web access. Yeah, not cool!!!W:T:F over

Not what I would expect
While I realize this is a new app there are plenty of things missing. Most of which are approach plates, STARS, detailed airport diagrams. And then on top of it all they charge you for this service. I'm pretty disappointed with this app as it is right now.twauchop
