All the recent comments are quite negative. Ads are annoying when starting the app. And in your own ad, you are making a point of knowing the general location of your listeners. Radio stations tracking us now. At least yours is.

Stupid adds / Flaky with CarPlay
Every time the app opens in CarPlay it takes ages to load and then drops out. Worst of all - the moronic ads they play every time the app opens means you miss the first 30 seconds of the content you’re actually trying to listen to (I’ve news). Junk 👎🏼
What’s happened
Since the last update the 3AW app has become less stable. Required login multiple times and often doesn’t work without restarting.
Ordinary
Continuously asks for login, frustratingly repetitive opening ads (yes, you goodfoods), frequent drop outs. Despite claims of continuously improving performance it remains very ordinary
New app, same problems
Still disconnects periodically, serves you a new add for the trouble, we’re still learning to make apps in 2026, it just needs to stream radio how hard is it
Constantly dropping out!
When logged in on phone it is constantly dropping out and have to close app and restart, this works fine but I have to re-listen to ads every time
Crashing constantly
Open the app on CarPlay it crashes after about 20 seconds. Rinse and repeat. Unusable. This only started happening with a recent update so congratulations on breaking a previously working app.

New owner, broken app… coincidence??
App has not worked for 3 days now, returning error message “an error has occurred, please restart app”. Restart is not effective, nothing changes. I have checked the app store for further updates but apparently everything is working as intended. Are streaming customers no longer considered valuable under the new ownership? Disappointing….

PwD user - iPad Pro 12.9 inch - accessibilty regression - landscape mode is broken in the latest version of the 3AW iPad app forcing portrait only lock, this breaches DDA and HIG - previous app versions landscape worked correctly - please fix.

The app has been cutting out trying to listen I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail
New app, same old annoyance
The new app was better than the old, for a while. Now we’re back to getting the frustrating and annoying lead in ad when we first open the app or come back from some other audio source. Our devices are multipurpose and your app fails to recognise this. You expect us to login so you can track our listening yet treat us worse than listening via other sources. Get rid of it.
