Stolen purchase

I bought this app years ago and now I am locked out because they started a subscription model.

This is theft. If you want to start a subscription you can’t retroactively apply it to people who bought it under the pretense of a onetime purchase.

I will no longer recommend this to my students.

have to log in to apple id every open

so they switched to a subscription model but still honor my previously purchased perpetual license. However, every time I open the app they say “7 day free trial subscribe” or whatever and I have to exit out of that, click “restore purchase” and type in my apple id password every time I want to use it. EVERY OPEN. This is irritating.

No longer honoring perpetual license

I liked this app as reference frequently when I needed to check specific anatomy. It’s simple but has enough information for my purposes. However. Recently my access to the app has been limited and it has asked me to purchase a subscription even though I had purchased a perpetual license. I guess they are no longer honoring it? Their website still says "perpetual license, no subscription" so I don’t understand why I lost access, nor why I’m suddenly being asked to pay a subscription fee to access what I already paid for.

Bait and switch

They took away the access I paid a flat fee for and locked all those models behind a subscription, leaving us with nothing for our purchase. Absolute scam.

Very comprehensive tool

This app is very well designed for figurative artists.
Any form can be almost instantly accessed, isolated and clearly defined.
Anatomical clarification at your finger tips. A bit concerned however that the app suddenly failed to recognize my lifetime member subscription.

Paid for it but now its subscription

I paid for the app 2 years ago and now they turn it into subscription and i dont have access anymore to the locked fractures Even though i bougent the app…

No longer free

Previous features like the torso muscles used to be free and now are locked behind a paywall. Thanks for making education even less accessible. Unfortunate for the app to go this direction.

I hate to write reviews in anger, but I paid to unlock everything months ago and it seems to have just been taken away from me. I can’t access most of the 3D models anymore because the app is insisting I pay a subscription now.
As if I didn’t just get robbed, do they really think an artist can afford to scrape out $5 a WEEK? I really liked this app, but it is not worth that price at all, even for those who have the extra income. I am beyond disappointed.

Subscription !?!?

I BOUGHT the app before pReMiUm sUbScRiptiON now I have to pay 16$ a month for the same features I’ve always been using !?!? Truly breaks my hearts, there are other free websites that offer the same function anyways

信じられないんだけど既にお金を払って買っていたのにアプデでいきなりサブスク式に移行して毎月追加料金払わないと使わせないと言い出した
ありえないでしょ、オンラインサービスでもないのにサブスク始めたいなら新しくアプリ登録してそっちでやれよ
今まで買い切りで売ってたもん「アップデート」で使えなくしてどうすんだよ、それじゃ「アップデッド」じゃねぇか

Subscription Model Revoked My Access!!!

I found this app to be an incredibly useful resource for my college studies, so much so that back on April 20th of this year I purchased the “full version” of this app for $20! Now when I go to open it, my access has been revoked and I can no longer use the features I first paid for due to a stupid subscription model!! I already attempted to “restore purchase” but it says there is no purchase found even though I HAVE the receipt on my Apple account. Very disappointing. I wish I could get a refund. 👎

突然のサブスク化

さっき立ち上げたらプランを選べという画面が出て、今まで見られていたコンテンツの全てにアクセス出来なくなっていました。無料ではなくお金を払って買ったアプリでこの仕打ちは全く納得ができません。返金して欲しいと思います

A scam

Well what should I expect from a company called catfish?
I paid the full app IAP, now it requires a subscription and when I tap on “already purchased” it tells me my purchase can’t be found. I still have the email from apple proving I paid it. Same app store account.
