How did this get on the app store?

First of all they stole the sounds from gutterball! Unrealistic pins and graphics . And they should double check their spelling.It says paly game instead of play game and in the help it says you shot the ball instead of shoot the ball.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!-Zane
