Constant Errors
While 3D makes incomparable products, and I use them for all of my detailing needs, this app blows. When clicking on most of the areas, you get an error message. Everything in my cart is wrong. Can’t see half of the inventory. No videos like from the website and no communication. Don’t feel the app is trustworthy. I’ll stick with purchasing from either the website or Amazon.

Great if you know what you want
I’ve been using 3D for years. When I come to the app to make purchases I know exactly what I am going to buy.
However, with innovation and new products being released, it would be great if there was a means of browsing and scrolling through 3D’s complete line of products on the app.

Signing is broken
The app used to be good. The signing in to your account is broken on the app in comparison to signing in online. The app asks for email and password and online is email and a 6 digit code. One can not reset their password through the app as it takes one online. 3D needs to resolve this.
Great products for your second largest investment
3D offers a variety of care products for your vehicle. I have been using 3D products for over a year now and am very pleased with the protection and longevity. I’m a customer for life.

Faulty APP 25% Discount
The app would not automatically apply 25% discount to my 3-D app order as indicated with the download of the app from the Apple store. I had to call 3-D company support multiple times to manual gave me an app code of APP 25.
