App used to work and upload decent video
Now the latest update has made the app just about useless for uploading video and makes every video a quarter of its actual size and no longer fills the entire fan space. This is not good when trying to market the devices and all of a sudden the product is not working as expected and makes the display jumk

Used to work ok
Used to be able to upload photos easily now can only turn on and off
The app is faulty
It works fine at first, then when you try to upload a custom pic or video it acts like it does it, then it disappears. They need to fix the app bugs

honestly worked a charm right away, i use it for all of my events, it gets everyones attention, but now it will not even show up in wi-fi setting so i cannot connect at all
Does the job
Connected via the device wifi and all works well. Tried out the different options. For the cube and cylinder photos and videos, is there a way to hide the top and bottom faces? If not, can it be added please? It would look much neater with transparent logos etc.
Spy device
It is suspicious that the application to use this product requires WiFi ssid and password to have a hologram. It should only need Bluetooth. Why does it need WiFi?

Now I see how my girlfriend got this for $40 on TikTok shop, things a piece of work just to upload one image lol, the website/app/etc. is all pretty sloppy junk, the app is the main support and it barely works, saw the owner respond and say he’s gonna make more products and then fix the app, wrong idea Pal, your app barely supports the device, probably should get on that soon, definitely gonna be junking it for sure…
