Will not connect
Will not connect to my fan. Model MS5 LX USA 56cm 2#. WiFi connects to fan, but the app will not identify or detect the device.
Unable to connect/upload images
This APP is VERY frustrating, instructions are not well written and uploading your files is impossible. You cant even use the stock images the app comes with. Dont buy! Likely a return for me unless they contact me to resolve. We’ll see…?

My original review was 1 star. The app would not connect and would not even load the tutorials. After some experimentation, I got the app to work. If you are having trouble connecting to the fan, try the following. Create an account. Log in. Turn off cell data, Turn on wifi and connect to the fan. Configure the fan. Turn cell data back on. That did the trick for me. The app has some issues but works pretty well once you get used to it.

Does not work
I purchased 3) 39inch fans at $700 each. I can use the micro-sd cards to load the fans but the app does not work. I have given the app permission to access my local network etc. The tutorials won’t even load. I get “network connection lost” no matter what I try to do. Hopefully the issues will be fixed soon. Phone has internet etc and all other apps work fine

This app does not want to connect to my device. Not sure what’s wrong with it, but it use to work just fine.

CONFUSED
The instructions for connection to upload material needs to be simplified for American buyers in America because there is no “LAN” or “WLAN” nor automatic hotspot connection. This devise does not automatically appear on the WI-FI or Bluetooth scan menu & cannot be found to put in the factory default passcode to connect it.

really cool idea of the hologram but takes forever to connect and once i did get it to connect i cant reconnect to take off pictures or videos that i added just puts me on a never ending “loading” screen.

hello i bought the hologram about a year ago and i believe it’s the z2 2020, the hologram itself works fine but the app is no longer working and isn’t loading anything at all, it doesn’t load the devices and it doesn’t load the tutorial videos at all.

I really like how easy the app is to understand and use. The only thing I’m having issues with is getting it connected to blue tooth, I looked it up and I’ve found no one else with the issue, although I don’t think the app can do much about it. Overall a great app!👍🏻

I’m trying to set my fan up for the first time the Wi-Fi through the app on my iPhone. I’m having nothing but problems please help me to figure out how to connect this to my iPhone and start using it so I’m not watching the basic 3-D that came with it I want to add my own content and I want to connected to Wi-Fi is can anyone help me out there please thank you.

App installed an update and now my fan won’t work
I have the Z3 led 3D fan. I downloaded the app and was able to convert one of my mp4 files to play on the fan. Everything worked perfectly until the app notified me of a software update. I ran the update, the fan restarted itself and displayed an updating icon, and then proceeded to stay on for hours doing nothing. Now, it won’t read the memory card, and the unit is no longer showing up in the app as one of my devices. Extremely upset that this app has ruined an $800 3D fan. I’ve reached out for answers on how to fix the issue but have gotten nowhere. There is very little information online.

Sorry for the bad experience. On iOS devices, when the App version is 2.6.1 or above, upgrading the device will not cause damage to the device. If your problem has not been resolved, please contact after-sales service, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. Thank you
