A subscription scam

I paid for a 12-month subscription but they terminated it at the 1st month. There is no customer assistance, only a useless Q&As section. This looks like a scam to me.

Interesting but only on some kind of music

Definitely not for classic music, piano… Rock band ok, but in jazz voice sometimes get distorted

Great Technology, poor execution

The technology here is good and I’m happy to pay up. But this does not work with Apple Music or Spotify. It pretends to connect to Apple Music but no, it does not work. Hire some decent developers and integrate this properly.

Can’t do anything but demo, and not even that

I can’t figure out how to use this on my Apple Music library, and the help is useless in figuring this out. So all I can do is the demo mode, which is also useless because the app invariably freezes on my presumably underpowered iPhone SE second gen.

Canceling my trial subscription.
