My app is not working no one gets back to me from there support team very difficult to deal with this app never works .

This is the future. Exceptional sound,transparency and detail. I so enjoy listening to them.

Great speaker. But no control from app

Should have a remote. Especially since the app doesn’t respond to touch. I’ve had this for 2+ years. The sound is fantastic but the app needs lots of work. They haven’t released an update in AGES. Needs a new development team. When I turn up or down with the volume lines it goes full blast or totally quiet.

Syng space please consider hiring a proper developer and release a new app update fixing the bugs.

Connectivity Nightmare

First, it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi or let me try another network - even after restarting the device and deleting my account. Finally it went through, but now the app is stalled on the room sound check. I can’t connect to it over Bluetooth or AirPlay yet. Such a disaster
