does not work. Is this a joke? its not funny

i bought the app a week ago, and have tried to open it on anZiPhone my iphone 15 pro. nothing happens. a full screen image of the app logo flashes on the screen, then disappears. i want my money back, and i want the developer to fix the problem, or at least check for compatibility. and add a meaningful error message so users can figure out the problem and get a fix.

Wasted money

I bought the subscription, then an individual magazine, but then I tried to open the magazine and there was an error. I contacted support, and did not get a response. I tried to find other ways to reach them and was unsuccessful.

Therefore I spent money, but got no product for it.
