Can’t create an account on pretty much any of the 3plus apps!! Keeps saying server unknown or server error even after uninstalling and reinstalling the apps several times don’t waste your money on 3+ watches.

Garbage App
Will not let u create an account with apple google Facebook or instagram. Every option it fives u to get started with the application doesn’t work. Wouldn’t waste your time downloading this trash

I’ve been trying for almost 2 years to get this stupid watch to work and keep hoping that maybe one year they will fix it and now I’m just understanding that it was just an absolute waste of time and money

I’ve installed and uninstalled this app it does not work for me

The app worked just fine the first couple times I used it then would log me out constantly because of a service error and now I can’t even log onto the app at all

I hate the Apple Watches. They’re blocky. How dare Amazon sell me a second Callie watch if you aren’t even a functioning product yourself. You’re messing up my vibe. Like these are fighting words and I regret this. Like why you no work?
It won’t even let me sign up
I got it today and I charged it fully before I started messing with it and I can’t even sign up it says server unknown error, I redownloaded the app didn’t work, I restarted my phone still nothing, I don’t know what to do cause I really like how it feels on my wrist but I can’t even use it
Server issues
I have the watch for several years but only used a handful of times. Now when I try to go into the app it says server unknown issues, so I tried a different device, same thing. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same thing, changed email, same thing. Why sell something your not going to keep the server good?

My app no working …..
Can’t even log in anymore
I love the app but now you can’t even log in anymore I stead get a server error.
The watch is useless now.
I purchased this new watch and now I’ve waited 2 weeks and can’t even use it. All due to the “server of the website not working” or the app not even allowing me to create an account, I’ve tried different forms for example Apple ID login, google email, outlook email, my own social media apps as well and have contacted app support. Yet still no resolution, I’ve restarted the smart watch, my phone and even deleted and downloaded the app again and still nothing.

I can not log in it keeps telling me can find server

I can’t even use my watch anymore. Not even manually. I tried reseting it and everything was wiped, can’t get pass the at code and can’t even log into the app. Nothing works

I have had my watch for five years and haven’t been able to even use the watch because of token error what to do

Genuinely upset
Just downloaded the app and signed in. Got everything set up and as soon as i get everything done it logs me out and I cannot get back in due to a token error.
