I paid for it but it has locked our access to the games and says I need to pay again? Can someone please help

Ok so I’ve been working with this app for the past 1 month it was easy the weird thing is that when you do division with the baskets the pink one when you put the correct equation in it ot says it’s wrong…. Pls fix it anyways good app!

THIS IS AN AMAZING GAME OVERALL but i think it needs more games its not the best but not the worst
Incorrect answers
First 5 minutes of using the App, I found 3 incorrect answers. App did not provide correct choices, then “solved” by providing a correct choice not given. Another problem did not allow entry of the correct 3-digit write in answer; locking after one digit. After three attempts, it was then provided with exactly what I tried to enter.

I have learned so much from your app and I am in 2 grade and I am doing 3 grade math I know how to do fractions now. And you make math so so so so so so fun I do 1 hour a day weekend I don’t . But I still do 5 days so yeah. I have everything in the safari. Do you have more stuff to buy? If not it’s fine.

Overall, this is a great app that allows students to review and practice math problems while also rewarding them with coins and games. However, I dislike that the ONLY instructor avatar is blonde with blue eyes as well as the student avatars only come with blue-eyes selection. This should be changed because not all students will identify with only one race. Adding avatars of different ethnicities and different eye-colors when customizing their own avatar will help them feel more relatable and included. My student doesn’t have blue eyes and wanted his avatar to have brown eyes like him. It was bit upsetting to see only one selection since students obviously come from different backgrounds and ethnicity. Please change this feature so it doesn’t seem biased to only one race. Thank you.

Bought to full version , stopped working
It stopped working with the new IOS update , tried to contact support . No luck yet ....

I’m a kid and I really like math. I like it and it has no ads and you can play games on it if you have a certain amount of coins but I feel like there could be some improvements. For example, why do they time you!? It just worries you because it says you’ll get the least amount of coins if the time runs out. Also, lots of it is easy but when I put myself on mixed up fractions I was like what the heck are they talking about? I really think they should edit this app. Because They don’t have a lot of stuff thats actually fun except for how I like math and they’re testing me at math (and letting me play games).its ok

It said free but once downloaded, you're required to pay at least .99/month. Obviously not costly but I don't like it shouldn't be advertised for free if it's not.

I bought this for my homeschool 3rd grader and he's engaged and getting better and better with practice.
Good, but it needs instruction mode
I only have the lite version so maybe it's in the full version--but I world like it to have a mode that explains the material to the kids when they make mistakes. Otherwise they're just guessing until they get it right. My kids fight me when I try to explain a math concept that is frustrating them--so it would be nice to have this be an option for them to go at their own pace.
