Rarely Works
Cant open the app at all. Can’t access my card through regular 3 river’s bank app OR via website, so I can’t lock my card when there is currently fraud.

They definitely need to fix this app! I can’t ever log in!

What’s the point of having a separate app? Just add it to the banking app cause this app doesn’t even work anymore and it doesn’t look like it’s gonna be fixed any time soon. It hasn’t worked for a while now.
Apple Pay option just doesn’t work
Select a method of getting verification token, put it in, hit accept, app crashes. Every time. Fix this please
Logs me out
I’m trying to set up my new card. The app keeps shutting off forcing me to re-enter info again and again only to shut down before completing. Not sure this is worth it.
App is troublesome
The app has no point when i could be able to do it in the banking app. They made it i assume so when the bankin app has maintenance but the problem is I cant login to the app with my information in the first place!!! I cant get access to unlock my card and it seems like no developer sees this app anyways so frustrating!!!!!!

Needs more instruction
I downloaded this app to have control and manage my cards while traveling. The app works great, but confusing to initially integrate. I had to call 3Rivers. Under the regular mobile banking app you have to go to “more” then “manage cards”. Simple instructions added to the card control app when you download would is what is needed and will improve the customer experience.

There’s no reason for this app
Why do I need to install another app for card control that has me login with the 3Rivers app? It’s very clunky and annoying.
