Doesn't work

I have 5 3s cameras installed on a Solstice nvr and have both the web port and rtp port forwarded for each individual camera and it will not work. Using default user credentials for the camera.

WARNING - Check channel number failed, please check settings!!
and what is THE channel?? no channel in settings...
Fix it please, and maybe will donwload it again... Thank you
