Not working at all please consider fixing the issue cause I really want to play this game it looks interesting how can it be interesting if I doesn’t work

I downloaded it thinking it would be fun. But I can’t even get passed the first level. All it shows is 4 pink squares and when I try to make words out of the letters nothing works. And when I hit refresh it just gives me a different set of lets and still nothing works
