Ads stopping the game working

This is a great game, however, some of the ads (Gemini in particular) can’t be closed and result in having to restart the app.

Love this game. Play it often. However, the ads are bad enough, but now , one puzzle and you have to tap status, characters, scoreboards? Why? Please take all that away. Looking for a similar game without all the nonsense.
