It does not work at all and sending an email to customer service is useless. I too have a surveillance system that technically does not work. Why in tue world would they upgrade to a version that does not work. I'm very upset to have lost the capacity to view from my phone. This has become useless and frustrating.Show lessMlinda75

Don't upgrade
I should have never upgraded. I can only get camera 1 to work. I contacted support and the reply was to watch for another update in the next 2 weeks. Great, now I have 3 cameras that can't be viewed by my iOS devices.HRadioMatt
