I had a problem viewing on my new iphone but after contacting them for support they fixed the problem in my settings. I now get perfect video on my iphone~ I highly recommend this app!Gerbear2000
It works, but the UI is quirky. Here's what you need to know.
The user interface is so quirky that you'll think this app is broken. It's not broken; it's badly designed. After you finish entering the information about your security camera, the application will display four black windows, each containing a single "+" sign. You'll think the app is broken. It's not; it wants you to do more. But it doesn't tell you.
Here's what you need to do...
1: Tap on the "+" sign.
2: Tap on the name of your security camera.
3: Tap on a channel number. This assigns a particular channel to that window.
The app has another flaw -- it doesn't remember this assignment. You'll need to do this every time you launch the app. :-(Show lessjeff.stearns
Good app
I was successful in installing on both iPhone 4 and 4s. Setup was easy and quick and we can now view all of our remote locations via mobile.

Need to save camera config
Would be 5 stars if save camera config feature is added. It's a real pain to have to reconfigure cameras each time pulling up the app.
The wait cursor sometimes got stuck on the video which is a little annoying.Bruce Lam

This app works well but having to put all the cameras manually back in each time you open the app is a pain in the app. Would be four or five stars if that most basic feature were included.BobHeatingguy

So far, so good. Tried several others, including the one that was recommended with the system, and this performs the best. Now we know what our dogs do all day - NOTHING!! What a life!!Forgetmenot1001
Better than Lorex
Liked it better than my Lorex system only downside besides blurry picture is re picking cameras every time you start up. Nice n EasyGCComics
