Great Stuff
eWeather is a very informative & well designed app (complete with widgets) but I would really like to be able to personalise which information appears in one widget rather than have three widgets. Maybe this would be possible in a future update, that would make it a five star app for sure...John From Comber
Best weather app
I've used this app for a year. It has been great! I love the detail for barometric pressure. This helps me keep track of triggers for my migraines. When open with notifications, it will strain the battery life on my older electronics. I just open and close it, to perserve the battery. The up side is its worth the battery usage!
Hourly, has been very accurate.
I can check fells like temps, wind direction & speed, (for my nfireplace).this app is easy to use, and easy to red. Whatever your needs for information, it's there!
It's been the best app I have purchased..
I hope it stays supported, as I use it everyday.
Since my last rating, the updates have helped the battery consumption while, improving performance.

This is still my go to weather app. Thank you for the updates that made the app more battery efficient.
The info is easier to retrieve and very accurate.

This is my favorite weather app. Works great and the alerts it delivers for hazardous conditions are very much appreciated.
It has a very cool layout and provides a lot of information. Very customizable. Two sources of weather data are available and you can choose one or the other (or both) depending on your location. Very easy to see the upcoming 10 days via icons placed across the bottom of the screen, or the next 12 to 24 hours on a "weather clock" with customizable icons representing the forecast conditions. There is a graph showing the change in temperature or the barometric pressure over the last 24 hours (you can switch between them). I think the radar display is fine and works well. Very well done. My favorite weather app hands-down
I am convinced that there aren’t any good weather apps on the AppStore with the exception of this one. It is focused on the weather, not advertising, and has a very clean interface. I LOVE the fact that you can select different alert tones for severe weather alerts. It’s nice to be able to differentiate between a tornado warning and some arbitrary push notification, which I completely ignore ALL of the time. A BIG thank you to the developers for including that option. You may just be saving lives, whereas other app’s severe weather notifications are sitting on a lock screen or Notification Center that absolutely no one looks at or care about.
Ding...you have a notification from Facebook.
Ding...there are crops waiting for you to harvest.
Ding...You’re dead! A tornado is about to rip your roof off and give you a free one-way flight to a neighboring city, so enjoy that Survivor rerun while you can.
That’s not me though because eWeather HD doesn’t do dings. It gives out a clear and distinct tone that makes you look at the phone. There are a few notification sounds to choose from so take advantage of them. Let’s see, what else? Did I mention I liked the alert sounds? Ok, but...
Nice presentation of information but if you want to know what time the rain is likely to start tomorrow it won’t tell you. For example, I know there are thunderstorms tomorrow, but if I’m only using this app, I have no idea when they start (which makes planning difficult). I feel this is essential information for a successful weather app. I feel it is quite expensive considering this salient information is omitted.Show lessThe Rickster
