We are sorry for the difficulties you are encountering.If you have purchased the "All Clipounets Pack" in the previous version of the app you should be able to restore your purchases and access all the new Packs from the "Parent Place" in the top right of the app. If you are still having issues, please email us at contact@clipounets.com and our support team will help you.

We love it but it never works
long time. Since they reformatted the app, we have had no end of trouble accessing it.
We just got the last updated version to work and they updated it again, now we cannot open the app at all. We also paid for the downloads a few years ago, and now that it is a subscription service, I am concerned we won’t be able to access what we originally paid for. I cannot contact anyone - the link from the App Store doesn’t take me anywhere.
