Misleading to get signup
It appears you have to pay for leads, no different to a my builder or similar company.
When talking to the person on the phone about signing me up I specifically asked is there any money involved? She said no it’s all free. She mentioned nothing of having to pay for leads otherwise I wouldn’t have given her my information or acted interested.

Great update
I did use this app a few years ago. This version is so much better. If you undertake domestic installs in the UK get signed to the OrderWork platform.

Big Improvements Needed
This app has become pretty much useless as orderwork seems to have increased the number of service partners in the area who are able to stay on the portal all day waiting for jobs. Jobs need to come through on the phone as fast as the portal otherwise 9 times out of 10 the jobs gone. I've raised this a number of times with them but no response. If your looking at OrderWork as a revenue stream - Think again…..Sort IT…..

Poor ! Unstable ! Useless ! And that's being polite. For an I.T company I would have thought they could do better than this , I agree with the previous comment of it being slow , I very rarely get any jobs now as they obviously reach different networks at different times , I have sent feedback and spoke to them several times without reply , OW seems to have gone down hill since some members of staff left. Shame!

Ability to CA WO's would be nice!
Update to my earlier review:
Orderwork now runs the risk of creating a two tier list of service partners - those with an iPhone who can accept WOs almost instantaneously v's who don't have an iPhone and have to log in to the portal as soon as they get the notification email (even if they are driving) only to find that the jobs have gone to an iPhone user….
I raised this issue through Tom Bausemers blog (they didn't publish my comments).
For equality over the board they should scrap this app and go back to giving everyone an even playing field and let the winners be those with the fast browser / mouse / fingers rather than it being decided by who owns what type of phone. I for one would love to get rid of my iPhone but I can't as i am now tied into the 'click on accept as fast as possible' race.
