Outdated Interface
I’m using this app to connect with clubs & classmates from SNHU. While I enjoy the ability to network with fellow students, it’s really annoying that this app is as clunky as it is. Remember when the internet was just basic HTML & CSS with poor usability? That’s this app.
I feel like I’m using an ancient technology and there’s really no excuse for it when there are excellent resources out there for design interfaces. In fact, they could even just take notes from any of the top social platforms, especially Facebook, LinkedIn, & Discord, and come up with a better user experience.
Of course, I’m still going to use it because it’s the official way to communicate with my peers, but I do not enjoy it.
Some features I would suggest to improve the quality of this product:
1) Update the UI.
2) Allow adding links to profiles, like LinkedIn, Facebook page, or Portfolio website.
3) Congregate posts and replies on our Profile feed so we can easily navigate to our previous posts and conversations.

DESPERATELY needs updating
Notifications don’t work, interface seems extremely dated and not particularly user friendly. My university uses it for a club I’m in and I don’t participate much because the app is so horrible.chloe20189
It’s alright, desktop version is way better.
I downloaded this app a few hours ago. Basic functionality is decent, however I feel like i’m using an iPhone 6 while using it. I’m using an iPhone X, and the viewport does not utilize the full screen space of my phone. There is about a quarter of an inch on both the top and bottom that’s just ignored by Pulse. Never works - Extremely Slow
The university I attend uses this product and it is the worst type of social media attempt in history. It constantly has errors, always stuck, and probably one of the slowest systems since dial up AOL. Pulse does nothing to try to make it better. It's been 1.5 years now using this for school and so many students are disappointed and in fact miss out on connecting with other students across the country because of this poorly managed program.Show lessjsolz4
Mediocre
Sometimes works, most of the time it doesn't. Won't let me log in. I like it when it works, I can stay in touch with my school mates. Please fix the bugs!Karjovp
Great App But Crashes A Lot
Please fix the frequent crashing. Seems to happen when backing out of areas (back button) and when adding new people to follow. Also can you add notification controls to this app (so you can set up each contact with the frequency of updating you want)?CT79kc
