Use to like this app

I use to love this app. However, it’s impossible to do anything in metric. This app alienates all users outside the US. And from the feedback I have seen, they have zero incentive to change that. It’s not hard to implement. You simply have a setting which converts calories to kilojoules. And it’s really basic stuff. Unlike currency exchange rates, the conversion never changes. So for Healthi to simply tell users “it’s a US based app”, that’s just lazy and short sighted. I haven’t use this app in a long time, and use to have pro. But why should I pay for an app which ignores simply needs. If you love the imperial system so much, then make the app only available in America. Oh, that’s right, you want money from all over the world. Silly me.

Not a good start

The app keeps freezing as you are trying to scroll through food lists.

It would be nice if there was an Apple Watch app.

Customer service could be better

I needed to track my macros because I am working with a dietician. I have used the Healthi app for quite sometime and have enjoyed it. I paid for the pro so I am able to track my macros it works well, however, I went to export my logs for my dietician and my macros are not included in the log. I contacted customer service and asked if there was something I was missing a way to export my macros in with my report. A representative named Tristan sent me back a link on how to export my log. I replied and explained again that I know how to export the log but it does not include macros. I asked again is there a way to add that to the report. He responded “ If macros aren't showing up as an option, then unfortunately that isn't an option.” What a disappointment to not only not have that option as I paid for the pro in order to track my macros but also disappointed with the response I received and the way it was relayed to me. The representative did not seem knowledgeable about the app as he did not even comprehend what was asking. Even with his response the logs do not have options to choose from it just generates the report so I do not know what he is talking about options showing up. I hope you are able to fix this to include macros in the exportation of logs in the future.

Update issues

Since your most recent update -the search feature not working properly. Results button highlighted but I’m unable to click on search magnifying glass.

Thank you for your feedback and our apologies for the issue you're experiencing with the latest update. Please check to see if Button Shapes is on in the Accessibility section of the Settings app on your iPhone. This needs to be turned off. To do so: Open the Settings app on your device. Tap on Accessibility. Under VISION, tap on Display & Text Size. If the toggle beside Button Shapes is on (green) tap it to turn it off (gray). Open the Healthi app again and see if that has fixed your issue. If not, please email us at support@healthiapp.com for further assistance.

Disappointed with new app update.

Ever since I put in the new update, this app won’t work on a iPad Pro.
I probably put in more tickets than I should’ve but I sure hope they fix it. Before it was a great app.

Thank you for your feedback. The app will still work on an iPad Pro if you turn it in a horizontal position when you try to track. The next update will have a fix for this issue and you'll be able to track from either the vertical or horizontal position 🥰

Pop POP POP pop Pop Up Ads

The app is next to unuseable to try out without spending hundred dollars for a yearly subscription due to all the pop-ups that interfere with the use of the app.

After purchasing the subscription, still pop up after pop up. Not advertising, but interferes with use of the app. Extremely annoying. Interferes with the use of the app.

Trying to loose weight is stressful, and this app adds stress to the process.

Warning ***They will charge your credit card without authorization

Do not download this app! They will charge your credit card when you have NOT signed up for the Pro version.

I was randomly charged $42 out of nowhere. Stay far away from this scam site. I cannot stress this enough!! I literally don’t know how they got my credit card info. So, so scary. I just pray they only charge once but now that they have my info. I will likely have to cancel my card.

If only the font was better

Font is hard to read and not as visually pleasing as the previous one. Also, would love to be able to enter a custom food using capital letters or acronyms, and have the letter stay capitalized.

Thank you for your feedback. While using capital letters when creating a new food doesn't apply in the tabs in the Food database, it does stay capitalized when you track it. To share your difficulty with the lightness of the font and your request to have capitalized words and acronyms stay as such in the Food database, please email Support at support@healthiapp.com.

Tracking for other days than current day

When tracking for previous day or into the future you click on the day but when you track it reverts back to current day! So annoying. It never used to do this on previous versions. Please fix this. I track days ahead into the future all the time.

Thanks for your feedback. This is a reported bug that is scheduled to be fixed in the next update. Until then, instead of tapping on Today at the top of your tracker page to change days, track a food as you would normally and after selecting a meal time (if necessary) tap on Today below it, where a calendar will pop up. You can then tap on the day you want the food to be tracked on and then on Track.

Nutritional Information

This app has taken away the nutritional information. I can no longer see calories or carbs on foods. Very frustrating
