404Eats Driver

404Eats Driver is the delivery companion app for approved 404Eats delivery partners. It helps drivers manage delivery opportunities, complete assigned orders, communicate during deliveries, track earnings, and maintain their driver account. The app is intended for delivery drivers working with the 404Eats platform. It is not a customer food-ordering app. Key features include: • Go online or offline and manage driver availability• View available and assigned delivery requests• Review restaurant pickup and customer drop-off information• Accept deliveries and update each stage of an order• Use map and navigation tools while completing deliveries• Contact restaurants, customers, or support when assistance is needed• Receive delivery requests, order updates, messages, and important alerts• Submit delivery confirmation, photos, codes, or other proof when required• Review completed deliveries and delivery history• View earnings, balances, payout activity, and cash-out history• Configure available payout methods, including supported bank or Stripe options• Manage schedules, delivery zones, vehicle details, profile information, and required documents• Review ratings and driver-account notifications Additional driver tools may be available when enabled by the 404Eats administrator. These can include mileage and expense records, an insurance-policy viewer, a verified driver ID badge, a portable driver work record, blocked-account management, catering-bag verification, and delivery-dispute evidence submission. Location information 404Eats Driver uses location services to support driver availability, delivery assignment, pickup and drop-off navigation, delivery progress, safety, and mileage records. When a driver is online, on duty, or completing an active delivery, location may continue updating in the background so delivery operations remain available when the app is minimized or the screen is locked. Drivers can stop operational location tracking by going offline or ending their active shift, subject to any active delivery requirements. Location access can also be managed through the device settings. Some features depend on the driver’s account status, administrator configuration, service area, payout eligibility, and device permissions. 404Eats Driver is built to give delivery partners a clear and dependable way to manage their work from pickup through drop-off.
