Two improvements desperately needed.

First, when you enter in a name of the stop you want to go to, and the name is a common name, such as Hauptbahnhof, then sort the list from closest to furthest away. I’m not taking the RNV to Kassel when I live in Mannheim.
Second, the app should notify a user and remind them to Check Out, if an end stop was indicated in the search field and the user has arrived there but hasn’t checked out yet.

We are successively optimizing the search suggestions, but Germany-wide information is also possible via the app. If you also enter “ma” for Mannheim in the search, you will find what you are looking for more quickly. Have you enabled notifications for the app in the system? If you are using the Luftlinientarif, you will be informed automatically if the check-out has not been completed.
