I’m grateful for the debit card on and off feature. It helped me when I thought I left my debit card at home but wasn’t 100% sure. Super convenient! Great bank too!!

This is the absolute worst banking app. It has deleted my Face ID over and over and then says “System Error” when I try to use my credentials to log in. It then shows a loading symbol for 5 minutes when I restart the app and just kicks me out. I live 45 minutes away from my bank and need to be able to check my balance on my phone. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

App needs updated
Get with the times first bank and trust co! Add Touch ID API to your app and look into Apple Pay. Customers are going to leave your bank without these basic features. This app hasn't been updated in two years!!!!

Running Slow & Not Processing Transfer Requests
Lately the app has been running very slow and is not processing transfer requests from one account to another. I've even tried logging in through the mobile website and it won't even let me in. I was very satisfied with the app when it first came out. It doesn't appear that it is being maintained or updated often to adjust with phone upgrades. I am always on the go and don't have a chance to login with a computer often, it would be nice if this was reliable.

Worked Great until
Worked great until about 2 months ago. Tells me my login & password are wrong when I know they're not. When I try to open it again, it just quits.
Needs update with multitasking
This app is going on 2 years with no update. Can't even multitask between the app and another app ( for reconciliation ) without having to log in all over again. Please update with iPhone 5 support.
